Why do some services show “From” prices?
Custom work varies according to scope, users, integrations, content, existing systems and technical condition. The starting price provides a useful budget guide without pretending every project is identical.
Will I receive a quotation before work begins?
Yes. The requirements, deliverables, price and payment schedule will be confirmed in writing before implementation begins.
Do I need to pay for the first conversation?
A brief initial conversation to determine basic suitability is free. Detailed investigation, planning or written recommendations may require a paid assessment.
Are third-party costs included?
Not unless specifically stated. Hosting, domains, premium licences, payment fees, AI usage, API usage and external subscriptions remain separate.
Can you reduce the price by reducing the scope?
Where practical, the project can be divided into phases or limited to the most important requirements first.
Do you offer payment plans?
Larger projects may use milestone payments. The payment schedule will be included in the written proposal.
Can you guarantee SEO rankings or AI accuracy?
No. SEO rankings depend on many external factors, while AI output must be tested and may require human review.
Can you maintain a website that you did not build?
Yes, but it must first be reviewed to understand its condition, hosting, plugins, code and existing problems.
Are revisions unlimited?
No. The included revision rounds or support limits will be stated clearly. Additional revisions are assessed separately.
Can international clients use these prices?
The published prices are based on Malaysian Ringgit and Malaysian market conditions. International projects may be quoted separately based on scope, currency and administrative requirements.
